Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Day to day you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; sand and fill walls before applying primer.
