Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Stoke-on-Trent, England. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. £2,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
