Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Adair County, Missouri. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
