Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Montgomery County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Your main tasks: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
