Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Iseyin, Oyo State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
