Stitching operator wanted in Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Morgan County, Indiana. The role involves: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
