Concrete placer wanted in Madison County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Madison County, Georgia. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
