Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Stewart County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Day-to-day duties: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
