Safety marshal • Fayette County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Fayette County, Iowa. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. Day-to-day duties: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience.
