Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Lincoln County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise construction site. The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
