Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Umuahia South, Abia State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
