Join our team: vertical milling machine operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in City of Falls Church, Virginia. The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
