Concrete shuttering carpenter • Darke County, Ohio

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Darke County, Ohio. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Day to day you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
