Canteen cook wanted in Campbell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Campbell County, Wyoming. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
