Argon arc welder • King William County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in King William County, Virginia. You will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Part-time with flexible hours. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
