We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Fluvanna County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred.
