Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Brown County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes The role involves: • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections Rotating shifts.
