Meat cutter — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Washington County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
