Sample machinist — Zurmi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Zurmi, Zamfara State. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
