Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Northampton County, Virginia. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
