Great opportunity: vertical milling machine operator (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Pike County, Ohio. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
