Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
