Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦175,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
