Bakery assistant wanted in Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hamilton County, Indiana. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
