Join our team: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Grant County, Minnesota. You will be based on a new-build housing development. Your main tasks: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites 2+ years on the tools preferred.
