Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Fife, Scotland. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar 3+ years on the tools preferred. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
