Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Plymouth County, Iowa. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
