Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
