Steward wanted in Leflore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Leflore County, Mississippi. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
