Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Saint Bernard Parish, Louisiana. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. On a typical shift you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
