Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Full-time, day shift. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
