Immediate opening: marble polisher (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble polisher in Greene County, Ohio. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. The role involves work from cutting lists and installation drawings; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish. Ideal candidate: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Six days a week, one day off.
