Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Carroll County, Arkansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Six days a week, one day off.
