Great opportunity: cnc setter-operator (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in DeKalb County, Illinois. The job is in a tool room. The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
