Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
