The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
