Machinist — East Carroll Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
