Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Kaugama, Jigawa State. The job is at a cold storage facility. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On a typical shift you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
