Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Vermilion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Vermilion County, Illinois. You will be based on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence On the job you will handle: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
