Tailor machinist — Seward County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Seward County, Kansas. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
