Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Stevens County, Washington. You will work at a dealership paint shop. The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
