Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in San Joaquin County, California. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
