Join our team: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Charlotte County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
