Join our team: gas commissioning technician (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Madison County, Ohio. You will be based in a gas distribution network. The role involves braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
