Reinforcement steel fixer — Logan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Logan County, Kansas. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements On the job you will handle: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
