Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Scotland County, Missouri. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
