Sand plant operator wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Lincoln County, Oregon. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Basic grinding and fettling skills Day-to-day duties: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Full-time with occasional weekends. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
