Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Grant County, Arkansas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
