Great opportunity: cnc turning machinist (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Hopkins County, Kentucky. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
