Offshore rigger — Oglala Lakota County

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
